The dust extraction arm supplier is a filter type of dust removal equipment. Its outstanding advantages are high dust removal efficiency, stable operation, strong adaptability. The dust extraction arm supplier was previously largely unapplied in the electric power industry of our country. On January 1, 2004, the Air Pollutant Emission Standard for Thermal Power Plants was promulgated and implemented, requiring the soot emission of newly built coal-fired power plants to be controlled within 50mg/m3, which provided the first opportunity for dust extraction arm suppliers to enter the power industry.

In recent years, large coal-fired power plants at home and abroad have almost all adopted this method because of its good ash removal effect. There is little study on the principle of pulsed ash removal in our country, which affects the use of pulsed dust extraction arm supplier.

1. dust extraction arm supplier's filtration and dust removal process

When the dust extraction arm supplier is dedusting, the dust in the flue gas is collected on the surface of the filter cloth due to the collision, interception and adsorption with the filter material fiber and forms the powder cake layer. The gas passes through the filter bag, enters the clean gas chamber at the upper part of the dust collector and is collected to the exhaust duct for discharge. After the formation of the powder layer, the powder layer plays the role of filter medium. With the operation of the dust collector, the thickness of the powder layer on the surface of the filter bag increases, and the resistance of the gas through the filter material increases. In a dust extraction arm supplier adopting the pulse cleaning method, compressed air is injected into the inside of the filter bag, making the inside pressure of the filter bag instantly higher than the outside pressure, resulting in rapid expansion and deformation of the previously concave filter bag. When the filter bag stops expanding and deforming, a reverse acceleration will be generated. The powder layer on the filter cloth is removed from the surface of the filter bag under the action of the reverse acceleration and the reverse airflow caused by the compressed air.

2. Pressure and movement of the press cloth at the moment of cleaning

In the filtration state, the pressure on both sides of the filter cloth is high on the dust gas side and low on the clean gas side. However, at the moment of dust removal, under the action of compressed air, the pressure on the clean air side is higher than that on the dust air side, and the press cloth will move rapidly in the direction of the clean air side and generate a reverse acceleration at the moment when the movement stops. Dust is mainly shook off from the press cloth by this acceleration. The large injection air volume of the pulse valve does not mean that the performance of the pulse valve is superior. The large injection air volume obtained by extending the injection time will only consume compressed air in vain, and is not conducive to improving the injection effect. Even if the same injection time is set, pulse valves produced by different manufacturers have great differences in the injection volume due to their different response speeds. The pulse valve with a slow response speed will not only consume more compressed air, but also slow the rise of the reverse pressure inside the filter bag when spraying, which will also affect the acceleration of the dust bag, that is to say, it will affect the cleaning effect.

3. Factors affecting the acceleration of the press cloth during dust cleaning

Under the same injection aperture, high injection pressure makes the acceleration of the filter bag greater. However, if the injection aperture is different, the two cannot be compared simply. Large aperture and low injection pressure can also make the filter bag produce greater acceleration. The acceleration of 18 mm injection aperture, even under the injection pressure of 0. 2MPa, is larger than that of 8 mm injection aperture and 0. 6MPa injection. Under the same filter cloth condition, the greater the acceleration of the filter cloth during dust removal, the greater the dust removal force on the filter cloth. The test results show that the injection pressure is not the primary factor that determines the force exerted on the filter cloth during the injection, and the injection aperture is also the factor that determines the cleaning force. And the blowout aperture actually reflects the blowout volume, or more strictly the blowout volume per unit time.
