Check whether the molybdenum wire is in contact with or against the inner side of the stop rod. f. Remove burrs, oxide and sharp edges on the surface of the workpiece.

The heat treatment of the workpiece material is not uniform, resulting in the deformation of the workpiece and the clamping of the molybdenum wire. c. Improper selection of pulse power supply electrical parameters. d. Improper use of working fluid, too thin or too dirty, and working fluid flow is too small. e. Conductive block or stop rod is not in good contact with molybdenum wire, or has been cut into a dent by molybdenum wire, resulting in wire clamping. f.
