Emergency care at the first response level 3 (Frec 3 course) course is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide basic life support. The course covers topics such as breathing and cardiac arrest, as well as providing instruction on how to handle common injuries. Students are also taught how to administer CPR and perform emergency scene assessments.
