Mark Muffley, a 40-year-old Pennsylvania man, was charged with a federal misdemeanor for possession of explosives in an aviation bomb. and possessing or attempting to place bombs or other disturbing devices on board aircraft. The officers found that black powder and flash powder were found to be ignited by heat and friction. It also poses a huge risk to aircraft and passengers.
