Mark Muffley, a 40-year-old Pennsylvania man, was charged with a federal misdemeanor for possession of explosives in an aviation bomb. and possessing or attempting to place bombs or other disturbing devices on board aircraft. There is also a fuse that resembles a candle wick. which is obviously one of the original parts of the compound above. and another part of the fuze that burns more slowly That appears to have been added after production. The officers found that black powder and flash powder were found to be ignited by heat and friction. It also poses a huge risk to aircraft and passengers.
