They are Nahida, Nilou, and Ganyu. Baizhu would be the only new 5-star character, but there will also be a different 4-star unit named Kaveh.

A few different leakers, for example, visits, Tao, and Team China, have claimed that Nahida and Nilou will probably be featured inside the first half of the banner, while Baizhu and Ganyu will be inside the second half.

HoYoverse has yet to make sure that these details are. However, players will probably find out if this leak applies by the time the livestream comes about. The upcoming Special Program is anticipated to occur in late March or early April. Until then, players can think that Nahida, Nilou, and Ganyu are definitely the characters getting reruns.
