Starting from the Temple of Eiglay Site of Grace, face the altar of Rykard and go out of the back-left passage. Take the elevator around the immediate right and continue in the hallway.

Just past them, within the eastern part of the hallway, is really a well-lit room having a picture of Rykard before he became a snake-shaped sin from the Erdtree. Just below that portrait, in front of the fireplace, is really a corpse using the Royal Knight’s Resolve ashes onto it.
