Level 1-50

Unlocks at the beginning of the game: world difficult 1-2 (tier 2: 20% increased exp and 15% more D4 gold).

At world difficult 1-2:

Rare & legendary items can drop, with special unique butcher clever at a super low rate.

Rare items have 3 affixes.

Legendary items have 4 affixes and rare & legendary items share the same pool of affixes.

Legendary aspects could be crafted on rare & legendaries.

Level 50-70

Unlocks world difficult 3 (100% increased exp, 15% more gold, and foes overcome 20% resistance).

Requirement: Complete the campaign and also the cathedral of light capstone dungeon in Kyovashad on world tier 2: veteran.

At world difficult 3:

Sacred and unique items are put into the pool (key power spike)!

Nightmare sigils that unlock nightmare dungeons can drop, end game starts!

Helltides can be displayed across the sanctuary, champion monsters with resistance auras can be displayed, and special crafting/material ingredients。

Only sacred grade aspects could be grafted onto sacred items.

Level 70+

Unlocks world difficult 4 (200% increased exp, 15% more gold, and foes overcome 40% resistance).

Requirement: Complete the fallen temple capstone dungeon within the northeastern dry steppes on world tier 3: nightmare

At world difficult 4:

Ancestral items and new unique items can drop, and also the end game loots & builds!

Rare items have 4 affixes, much like legendary items!

Sacred aspects onto sacred & ancestral aspects onto ancestral items only.

Ancestral: +4 skill rank (min roll has become 2-4 for skill rank)

Unique: drastically affects a build & provides unique changes

Fixed affix rolls & aspect effects (e.g. butcher axe’s affix present in a beta)

There are class-bound uniques & all courses are usable uniques. Only 1 unique of the same name could be used

Sacred & ancients: higher tier items with better stats max rolls & also Require the same tier aspect for crafting
