If you fail the SERU exam, you will need to retake the exam the next time. The first exam has to be passed, otherwise you will be disqualified from being a licensed PHV driver. If you pass the first time, then you will be able to practice with a driving instructor, if you fail this exam again, you will need to take the test again.

You will need to contact the MHA or MHS for the next date and time of testing. If you fail the second time, then you need to apply for a provisional license to get back on the road. You can either apply for a tfl seru mock test full license or you can ask for a temporary license to drive.

After a couple of months, you will need to pass another test for a permanent license. If you lose your license, you can apply for a new one after 12 months. The only exception to this is when you are applying for a temporary license.

In that case, the licence will be granted as soon as your application is received and accepted. The process of applying for a new license can be tedious and time consuming. You need to wait for a couple of days for the processing to be completed.
