From Cheap Jordan Retros, The Air Jordan 1 will go convertible on us this summer via this lowkey colorway.Air Jordan 1 Low season is in full swing. After an onslaught of eye-catching releases like the Air Jordan 1 Low “Sonics”, “True Blue”, and even a “Cool Grey” back in February, today we get a glimpse of another colorway rooted in the ubiquitous Air Jordan III, but this time using the elephant print to full effect.Interestingly enough the whole “true blue” selection is one that seems to be a pretty big part of the July 2013 offerings from Jordan Brand, which registers as sort of a strange selection since the only real retro tie-in that we know of so far is that elephant laden Air Jordan 1 Mid.
This particular Air Jordan 1 Low uses a subtle white leather as its base while the rest of the work is done by a grey/black elephant print contrasting the royal blue accents. And since Nike has made the pattern available on iD for their Air Max 1s and Dunks, and Jordan Brand will be releasing the Air Jordan V “Elephant Print” soon enough, it looks like 2013 will be the year of the elephant after all.
Air Max 270, Nike Basketball’s ongoing support of Breast Cancer Awareness missions has manifested in special edition footwear doused in the spirited pink hue and the “Think Pink” logo inspired by legendary basketball coach Kay Yow.This offering of the Nike Air Zoom GT Cut includes the Kay Yow logo on the right heel. The shoe comes constructed with open mesh weaves for breathability while having nylon panels along the tongue, instep, and toe. It’s completed with a full React drop-in sole stacked on top of a parabolic Air Zoom Strobel and an Air Zoom unit in the heel, providing a snappy, responsive feel.
