I personally think you'll be difficult to find RS gold a deal less than 1 million and more likely, you'll end up paying 1.5-2m for the next three levels. Summoning is one of the games that eat your knuckles and don't get too excited about costs.
It's worth it to acquire those levels, Yip, Tort and Bat are all excellent familiars but I'm not aware of any cheap way that doesn't take a ridiculous time of prep time. Abyssal Lurkers (Which requires you to farm abyssal creatures on your own to earn the abyssal lures) and Graahks/Kyatt's as the most profitable familiars I've seen below 66.
I'm not searching for the most durable pouches, but I want pouches that will sell back, to limit my losses; I only have 2 mills in my account However, I'd like to summon 69 and I do plan on using as many charms as I can, at all times if I have to.
As I mentioned in that last paragraph , the three most marketable names I've heard of are Kyatt, Graahk , and Lurker. Everything else might sell given the right time or at a reasonable price , but they'll likely be at a loss of less than. There's not much in the way that is truly valuable familiars at this point and this is the reason that most pouches sold at a price that is the half of their original price or lower. So, the most effective way to reduce loss is not to waste time assembling the ingredients for those that are profitable and create the ones that sell quickly, using the time saved to make the loss again.
I know this isn't the kind of information that you're seeking. However, when someone has an intricate procedure that I'm unable to find, I'd encourage them to write about it. Based on my experience with those levels it ended up being much more effective to just bite the multi-million price tag instead of trying to extract every gp I could out of the situation.
I would have to say Eagle kite, simply because CLS sucks that much. Outside of PvP it has pretty much no value, and is outclassed by other equipment (usually rapier) in all situations. Bandos is arguable - maul does more damage, and has a longer duration, but CLS lets you be able to tank using a shield.
If Jad is the only thing you'll employ an Eagle kite for, it's really not worth it. There are many benefits higher than CLS. My opinion of the best order to get items in: Arc Stream - cheap and the best mage ammy in game. Rapier - best melee weapon in game. I wouldn't recommend it for Jad, definitely to use it for other tasks. I already own a rapier, by the way. This is why I was trying to choose the CLS. If it's really not much superior than buy OSRS gold a rapier when it comes to bossing I could get it following the shield.
