Diablo's birthplace, ChaoSanctuary, is the most difficult area to farm in on Hell difficulty because of the large number of different immunities that can be found scattered throughout the area. It is also one of the more difficult areas in which to farm due to the large number of different immunities that can be found scattered throughout the area. The fact that it is a level 85 area with a large number of Champ/Boss packs and Super Uniques makes it one of the most heavily farmed areas in the entire game, despite the fact that it is also one of the most difficult areas to farm in.
Gaining access to Boss/Champ packs that can drop D2R items for sale from the highest available Treasure Class means that they will be able to drop virtually any and all of the loot available in the game, including some of the game's most valuable and rare Diablo 2 items, once you reach level 85. You can learn more about the Treasure Class and how it affects your character's abilities by checking out my Diablo 2 Magic Find Guide for more information.

ChaoSanctuary contains between 6 and 7 Champ/Boss packs, as well as each of the three different Super Uniques that you'll encounter (one Super Unique spawns when specific Seals are opened). You'll also find each of the three different Super Uniques that you'll encounter in the game. Consider Diablo's enchantments: you have 11 chances per run (assuming you get 7 champ packs) to obtain an extremely valuable item, which is a significant advantage over other players.
As you progress through ChaoSanctuary on Hell difficulty, you will encounter numerous immunities for each of the three elements (Cold, Fire, and Lightning) that you must overcome. There are a small number of poison immune mobs to be found on Nightmare, but on Hell they are only extremely Poison Resistant (not immune), and they are not immune to poison.
Storm Casters are not only immune to fire and lightning, but they are also immune to the effects of cold. There are also Oblivion Knights who are immune to both of these elements, in addition to the rest of the player population. Generally, Doom Knights and Oblivion Knights are grouped together in the same pile, with the Venom Lords and Storm Casters dispersed throughout the zone in small groups or scattered throughout the entire zone, depending on where they are located in relation to one another.
If you look around this area, you may be able to find seals that you can use to summon Diablo. Having completed the Seals and beaten every Super Unique that they summoned, the Diablo event will begin to play out in front of your very eyes. For more information on how to win the Diablo battle, please refer to my Diablo Farming Guide or Act 4 Quest 3: Terror's End (both of which are available in the game'Store).
In the event that a player opens a Seal on either side of ChaoSanctuary, only one of the Seals will summon a Super Unique along with its minions, and the other Seals will not summon a Super Unique at all, unless the player opens both Seals at the same time. In addition, any enemies who are still alive in ChaoSanctuary are killed aSoon as all of the Sanctuary'Seals are opened, which occurs immediately after the Sanctuary'Seals are opened.
In order to take advantage of the Seal Glitch, you must leave one Seal open, preferably one that does not summon any enemies when you click on it, as well aSome enemieStill alive in ChaoSanctuary, while you are playing the game. The enemies will drop loot for you once you have opened the final Seal, as long as they are still loaded into your game when you do so.- Passing through the path of an enemy within a few seconds (4 seconds, according to most people) of opening the Seal will result in the addition of an enemy to your inventory. This task will be completed by anyone who possesses the ability to teleport.
Keep in mind that your Magic Find values are not taken into consideration when performing the Seal Glitch. After the final Seal is opened, every enemy killed by it will drop the same amount of loot as if they had been killed with 0% Magic Find.
