Go back to the stronghold. Then, head Lost Ark Gold to the mansion, and try to initiate a quest that leads to the docks. At the docks, an NPC called Adventurer Edwin complains that no one wants him in their raid party. Select a few dialog options before the adventure "Legendary Monster Slayer" will start, which serves as a unique instruction for the player on how to complete the mission. Then, complete the quest and you're done. Special missions unlocked.
