Meet Paul, who owns and operates a digital marketing agency. They were married around the 19 May at, Preshute, Marlborough, then a reception at, a stylish Grade II listed Georgian mansion and 'secret' walled garden within the Wiltshire countryside.

Claire's breathtaking dress, using its delicate French lace jacket, floral applique, pearl trimmed straps and neckline, and showstopping train, would be a bespoke creation, that we featured in autumn this past year.

"I'd always had it within the back of my thoughts that I’d enjoy having a bespoke dress made, but assuming it had been completely from my budget, I go about visiting some from the well-known London boutiques. I loved lots from the dresses I tried but found myself wanting something which combined my favorite elements."

Paul's bespoke blue suit with blush pink waistcoat is made by A Suit That Fits, that they wore had a white shirt, and two cufflinks, which Claire had provided to him like a Christmas gift some years before. He also wore classic brogues along with a pink bow tie.

The groomsmen, and Paul's son, Sebastian, wore matching deep blue suits, and Swagger & Swoon bow ties.

The bridesmaids wore multiway pink bridesmaid dresses, worn using their selection of shoes in pale pink, silver, or nude, as well as their accessories.

"I wanted girls to be comfortable, and also the multiway design meant they might choose the way they wanted to put them on. I loved the simplicity of the dresses – the soft color and drape worked perfectly with this elegant and romantic styling."

Claire and Paul have been together for 8 years when Paul proposed, even though they were on holiday in the Maldives, also it came as a total surprise to Claire!

"On the evening before Paul's birthday, we headed to our room following a lovely dinner around the beach. Paul inquired about coming outside to the deck in our water villa. We could begin to see the bio-luminescence glowing within the water, so I headed on the steps towards the water's edge to obtain a closer look, and Paul followed me."

"He soon encouraged me support onto our deck, and once we stood looking in the stars and chatting about how exactly perfect everything felt at that time, then he proposed with my grandmother's ring I'd inherited a couple of years earlier. He'd snuck it out from my bedside drawer, been with them resized and taken everything the way towards the Maldives for that proposal. It felt incredibly special in every way also it's not a moment I'll forget in a rush."

Claire's flower girl looked wonderful inside a white tulle dress with white tights, and shoes, along with a silk flower headband.

"We decided on a four-tiered semi-naked cake decorated with flowers, along with a bespoke gold geometric cake topper. Our chosen flavors were chocolate, strawberry and champagne, gluten-free lemon, and sticky toffee with salted caramel, which was very popular with these guests."

The glorious walled garden was the setting for after-dinner cocktails – another standout moment from your day for Claire and Paul.

"We did plenty of research before choosing the evening entertainment. They provided a combination of classic dance tunes and high-energy indie and pop music, which kept the party area full through the night."

"We find the incredible as our videographers after finding one of their films whilst researching wedding venues. They were so friendly and professional but so unobtrusive, we barely knew these were there."

Words of Wedded Wisdom

"If we're able to do it again, we'd have chosen a rather earlier ceremony. We planned a lot into your day that we'd have liked additional time to enjoy certain elements more. Everyone says it, but your day does fly by!"
