Daily quests offered to players in Shattrath are typically done in Outland particularly in the areas of Netherstorm and Garadar, so there's always an option to grind the reputation levels outside of the new zone to stay clear of the crowds.

Sun's Reach Harbor

Every player, regardless of the faction, will be on a flight path on the western half of this harbor after arriving in Quel'Danas. This location will be connected to the routes that are normally linked to the player's faction once they have used it for the first time, which makes travel a bit more convenient.
