It's possible that he doesn't catch the 20th ball, however he increases his chances Mut 24 coins of success with the throws that do get his way. There are teams that have a tough stance such as those of the Houston Texans this past Sunday, who actually allow him to be singled out man-to-man coverage. That's not even fair.

I understand why at times defensive teams will have to take the chance the corner might defend Bryant all by themselves, because they'll need to put in to a safety plan in the box in order to stop the Cowboys running game. This is something you probably will only need to do time, but this isn't for the best part during the contest. It's particularly unwise to do it at critical moments in the game when it is in the game's balance. This is a lesson that the Texans had to learn the hard way.

When the fourth quarter started, Bryant was having a fairly quiet day, with just five catches, 40 yards and but no touchdowns. Murray was, once again, the mainstay to the Cowboys. However it was a matter of time, as the Cowboys holding onto a three-point lead by 10-7. it's the right time for Bryant to put on his cape.

Murray ran three straight times to take the Cowboys all the way to the Texans 2 yards line in their first full drive of four quarters. It was under 10 minutes in the match and the Cowboys were on this line with Murray as well as a tight end and three receivers in the formation. One of them, Dwayne Harris, first lined in the center of the field to the left , with Dez on the other side of him. He then moved over to the opposite part of the centre, and placed himself directly behind the tight end, Jason Witten.

The problem to the Texans is that the corner facing Harris while he was aligned in the slot went with Harris as he crossed the field. That showed that the Texans were in man-to-man coverage with rookie cornerback seventh round Andre Hal lined up out facing Bryant trying to cover him by his self. It was completed before the center took the ball. Dez went right at Hal and then turned around and easily caught a back shoulder fade from Tony Romo for a touchdown that bring the Cowboys up, 17-7.

It is to their credit that the Texans didn't give up and scored a field goal as well as an touchdown on consecutive drives to draw the game. Cowboys kicker Dan Bailey missed a 53-yard field goal with time running out and the game went into overtime. The Texans took the coin flip and elected to receive. However, their momentum on offense did not last to the additional time, and they were forced to go to punt after making it all the way to the Cowboys at the 48-yard line.

The positive was that the Texans could and did pin the Cowboys back into their own territory by making a good punt. Dallas must have started the drive from its own 10 yard line. If the Texans could stop them from putting them down there, in order to prevent a punt, there was a good chance that they could get the ball back and have a great field position and only require the field goal to beat the Cowboys. They did surrender a initial down for the Cowboys however, after an incomplete pass and a stop by Murray for a few yards or at most, the Texans faced the Cowboys with a third and 9 at an area of 32 yards. This is still a great opportunity and a good one for defense.

However, they were also hard-headed. And you know what happens to people with hard-headed minds, right?

Instead of running four they have one of the most damn passers football's ever had through J.J. Watt -- and also playing coverage, the Texans chose to attack Romo. In theory, this seems like an OK strategy. Watt had won some matches but, in the end, had not been able to eliminate Romo throughout the game. Romo also has a reputation earned or not, for making costly mistakes under pressure during the crunch moments. Here is where the theory goes : With the blitz, you are once again going to have Dez Bryant picked out in coverage. What do you want from those problems?

Okay So this time, they have decided to not place the rookie seventh-rounder out there on Dez, instead electing to place their top corner on him: Johnathan Joseph. Whoop-de-damn-do. Once it was snapped, and Romo was able to see the safety who had been favoring Bryant's side of the field shift to the middle, it didn't matter a difference who was out there to protect him. Romo simply tossed the ball to Dez's direction before dropping down to stay clear of a brutal blow from Texans security D.J. Swearinger in the knowledge that if he was within the area Bryant would get it.

It's exactly what Dez did and did it with a stunning style.

Joseph was in a good spot and, in all honesty the player probably should have been penalized for pass interference since Joseph didn't look back at the ball, and instead put his hands right in Bryant's direction. Nothing else mattered. The truth is that it never matters.

Bryant was able to leap above Joseph and reached over his head to make the catch then, after briefly bobbling the ball, he locked it after he struck the ground with Joseph standing on top of him. He's just too big and powerful for one man to deny him a shot. Like that, just 37 yards later Bryant had put his team in field goal range and in a position to win the game.

Certain receivers are taller and bigger. Certain players are even faster. However, if it was up to me, I'd go with Dez Bryant over all the others every single time because I believe he will make the same plays he made each and every game no matter who you put on him.

With only four games scheduled this week, there are just one or two venues to be concerned about weather-wise. Beginning with the games on Saturday. Cincinnati as well as Houston in Reliant Stadium and Minnesota and Green Bay at Lambeau Field.

Houston could be a victim of showers but with rain likely to continue into the afternoon, it is likely that the players who play at Reliant Stadium will close the roof. This could be more of an indoor event than outdoor. In Wisconsin the stadium is Lambeu Field, a weak disturbance is expected to move through the region Saturday night producing the wintry mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain. The temperature will likely be in the 20s.

The Detroit Lions wide receiver wants to be one of the girls. That's not new for his role in Madden NFL 24 because recent history is littered with wideouts who love the spotlight, throw temper tantrums or alter the names of their uniform names in Spanish. Wide receivers are almost expected to show off their drama and/or demands nowadays which is why Young feels a sense being a part of the game.

Young, however, is intent on enacting scenes from a stage that isn't there. If Terrell Owens makes a head-scratching quotation, you'll accept it. If Chad Ochocinco ruffles some feathers then it's brushed aside. Titus Young cannot afford such things. The reason is that he hasn't gained the reputation on or off the field to earn the cash needed for the team's PR personnel to tackle such a nuisance.

In reality, Young is not worth even a tiny fraction of the trouble he's created. It's incredible that he's working for the Lions at this point. The team's second-round pick of 2011 from Boise State was supposed to divert attention from Calvin Johnson on the field, but instead he's insisted on attention off the field of the most unpleasant kind.

Perhaps the Lions should have known that Young would become quite the nuisance since he had issues in Boise State as well, getting a suspension during his sophomore season for punching one of his teammates. He would do the same last year in May when he beat the safety Louis Delmas and was sent out of the Lions' OTAs. In 2012. Young became a "distraction", according to Head coach Jim Schwartz, after causing the coaches Shawn Jefferson and Scott Linehan. His teammates were waiting for the team to go to the next phase without the player.

"I'm not one of the divas. I live it." It's the sort of response that's only spoken by an idiot, and could be it's Madden NFL 24's biggest at this moment. Young is a great candidate to become an offensive weapon in a pass-happy offense next to the greatest receiver of the game. The platform is his to grab. The possibilities are endless. Unfortunately, he continues to not see what's in front of his face for the sake of something that isn't accessible.

In a week when we're reminded about the quality of character and leadership needed to succeed on the game's largest stage, Young's juvenile and insensitive behavior stands out like an ugly thumb. The youngest player of the game seems to have no plans to get older anytime soon.

In This stream Titus Young not back with the Lions Titus Young: Madden NFL 24's biggest mishap for Titus Young...if the quarterback shows up to it. Watch all 6 storiesThe full history of the elite Madden NFL 24 quarterbacks

Joe Flacco is very rich. But is he really elite?

It's an important subject it is, in fact, the most important topic in all of pointless sports arguing. But Google Trends has shown that this is not something we be concerned about every time an athlete became very wealthy or did anything else as "elite quarterback" and its derivatives only came into the spotlight a few years in the past. Before 2009. nobody talked about elite quarterbacks.

It's all predicable for any famous USC prospect. He became among the top explosive and dangerous athletes in the Pac-10 within a matter of minutes having scored five touchdowns in offense as a true freshman and two more on kickoffs with the 31.4-yard average. He was placed on All-America watch lists and even had Hisman dreams, but did not quite reach his lofty goals, and even the 32 of his career touchdowns could not overcome the fact that he came up short.

His failure to meet expectations in the university, which included the suspension of his team for breaking team rules and later admitting (and not being regretful of) that he had made payments at USC however, was not enough to deter the Jaguars from taking a pick in the first round of the draft on Soward. The possibility of the possibility of a Soward with his head on straight was just too appealing to miss, and with Jacksonville being coming off an 14-2 campaign, it looked like luxury was the name at the time. Mark Brunell was 30. Fred Taylor was 24. Jimmy Smith was 31. Keenan McCardell was 30. and the time for success didn't seem like that it would close. Smith and McCardell could ease the big-headed rookie into the next phase. Head coach Tom Coughlin had no idea what was wrong with him.

Coughlin has been reported to have a limousine taken by Soward's family to make sure the rookie wouldn't be late for practices and meetings yet that did not stop him from getting suspended in December for inattention. In his first season, he caught 14 passes for an average of 154 yards and one touchdown during his rookie season and returned 14 kickoffs and four punts. At the end of his first season league had banned him for two failed marijuana tests although his family insists that the alcohol was what was the cause. He was arrested in Orlando for threats against police officers after he was taken into custody. Eventually the Jaguars were not keen on having them to return him, and so his suspension from the league was never lifted.

After less than one season his career as R Jay Soward was over. It's possible the Jags took a chance on Soward as a result of their own success, passing over players like Keith Bulluck, Dennis Northcutt, Todd Pinkston, and Darren Howard, all for a player that could be successful in Madden NFL 24 "if there was only."

After just one season the professional career of R Jay Soward was over.

It is true that players must overcome off-field issues before to enjoy successful Madden NFL 24 careers. Being called a head case in the draft is only one of the red flags that hinder teams from taking certain players. Certain flags are subsequently ignored due to the fact that they are high-rated in another part of the country.

"I think that the most difficult part in my life was facing the pressure following my drafting," he recalls. "I did not perform well in my first year so people were on me a lot. I wish I'd taken a trip to New Orleans in the second round. I'd prefer not to have been a draft pick. I thought that New Orleans had a better staff to suit me at that time. I'm convinced that being with those team members would have altered my life in Madden NFL 24."

Therein lies part of the problem of a player getting termed a bust. Similar to watching a subject in an experiment who knows that he is being watched, an Madden NFL 24 player's path rapidly changes based upon the team selects him and the time they do.

Are there any chances that Aaron Rodgers have been successful in San Francisco? Would Russell Wilson have been as successful as when he was a rookie in Cleveland with high expectations rather than little expectations in a third-round pick? R. Jay Soward was phenomenal in high school, and that allowed him to attend USC. As he entered USC, he struggled to adapt, but he enjoyed some success on the field, as his talent shone through.

The biggest question is whether or not you'll meet the expectations that are set by Madden NFL 24 fans who are paying hundreds of dollars each season for the privilege of watching you play when you're the first-round bonus baby instead of the seventh round maybe.

Don't be a fool.

Soward could not perform to the same standard and was barely in the Madden NFL 24. His head and the league did not match. He wishes that he would had gotten a better position when he was drafted. He believed that he could have been a part of the team and worked his way up from there but that didn't happen and he's the primary character on the story instead. A story of 10 players that, like R. Jay Soward, aren't the only ones to have hacked the league.

Here are their own stories, but much shorter.

10. Courtney Brown, DE, Penn State - 1st overall, Cleveland, 2000

With 28 picks more than Soward in the first place on this list includes a player who was not supposed to have any red flags. Apart from that, judging premier defensive end prospects seems impossible. Talent evaluators do get it wrong with basically every position, but you don't seem to have as many failures as you do at defensive linemen.

This could be due to the fact that linemen who play defense tend to be drafted in the first round, which means they will be prone to many failures. However, take a note of the names that didn't appear on this list at all: Jerome McDougle, Michael Haynes, Aaron Maybin, Tyson Jackson, Derrick Harvey Johnathan Sulley and Dewayne Robertson.

Brown was able to record a school record of 70 tackles and 33 sacks for a loss. He was awarded which earned him the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year honor and one of the most impressive four-year seasons in college football history. With a height of 6'4. 285 pounds, Brown had the ideal size. He completed the 40-yard run in 4.52 seconds, had a 37-inch vertical and did 26 reps from the bench. There wasn't any reason to be worried about Brown at all, and there was no evidence to suggest that the Browns had made the wrong choice by placing his place over teammate LaVar Arrington, Chris Samuels, Jamal Lewis, Plaxico Burress and Brian Urlacher.

Aldon Smith had more sacks this season (19.5) more than Brown had in his entire career (19).

Injuries may have taken a strain on Brown slightly, but that could not be the reason behind his low production as a pass-rusher and run-stuffer. Brown had the kind life you'd expect and also respect from an athlete selected in the fifth round , but not what you'd want to experience from the top overall pick. Sometimes , when everything is supposed to go right but it doesn't.

Honourable Mention Vernon Gholston

9. Gerard Warren, DT, Florida 3rd overall Cleveland 2001

I am wondering what if there is a debate over the inclusion of Warren. For one thing, he played in the Madden NFL 24 from 2001 to 2011 with The Browns, Broncos, Raiders and Patriots. Courtney Brown's teammate on as well as the Browns and the Broncos, Warren was supposed to lead Cleveland into a new era with energy and vigor thanks to having a top-three pick for three straight seasons.

The best picks from the century. Do you need some Madden NFL 24 Draft positive affirmation? Find the top 10 picks teams have made from the draft.

Together with Tim Couch, Brown, and Warren They'd soon forget that the Ravens won this Super Bowl in 2000. Right? That's exactly Cleveland.

In the same way that Couch and Brown were mostly bad player, Warren was simply a unsatisfactory player who took over great players at a time when Cleveland was required to get one thing right. They weren't. Warren enjoyed a couple of impressive seasons in the middle of defensive line, posting 150 total tackles, 16.5 sacks, 9 pass deflections , and seven forced fumbles in two seasons in the Browns. Very impressive, indeed but take a look at the context of the 2001 Madden NFL 24 Draft.

Warren was named after Michael Vick and Leonard Davis two players who were able to combine with seven Pro Bowl appearances. (Though Davis has an argument as a bust for himself.) After that came Warren. After that came the Four-time Pro Bowl, All-Pro Justin Smith. Next came five-time Pro Bowl, three-time All-Pro running cheap madden 24 coins back LaDainian Thomason.
