Industrial Style: raw, cool, manly style.

Dating back 40-50 years, Lofty was the definition of a home for creative artists and designers. It is clearly seen in large cities like Brooklyn or Soho, USA, Shoreditch, London and  Frankfurt, Germany.

After the Industrial Revolution There has been an expansion of various factories into suburban areas. The old factories that used to be in the city were thus abandoned. Artists and designers saw an opportunity to convert it into both a personal art studio and a residence at an affordable price.

Mainly, it is not much different from the modern style. But there will be materials that look more raw, such as brick walls, concrete walls, concrete floors, bare ceilings, exposed pipes, etc.

Wood, steel, glass, cement and bricks

5 This material is commonly used to decorate with a touch of this style. And all of it must not look perfect, such as natural wood with cracks or chipped wood without any coating. Iron that reacts with air until rust forms. Both gray steel pipes and copper pipes are used for hot water pipes, bare cement, orange brick walls, and glass-paneled walls. The color tones achieved by this style are natural colors such as brown ranging from light to dark brown, almost black, grey, brick orange, and copper, which gives a warm, simple feeling, but also looks cool.
