I'm a real estate developer in Birla Estates is building it, and it's called Birla Evara. It's in the town of Kodathi Hobi, which is on the Sarjapur Road and east of Bangalore. The new high-end neighborhood is spread out over 25 acres and has high-end homes with 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK floor plans. It's clear that more than 80% of the room is empty. Among these is the well-known Birla Mandir temple.
