There's no reason why a woman shouldn't wear a "man's watch." Small, bejewelled women's watches are nice, but I think men's watches look just as good on a woman's wrist. There are many brands that sell smaller-sized men's timepieces. By the same token, I don't think there's anything wrong with a man wearing a "woman's watch."
