I personally think you'll be difficult to find RS gold a deal less than 1 million and more likely, you'll end up paying 1.5-2m for the next three levels. Summoning is one of the games that eat your knuckles and don't get too excited about costs. It's worth it to acquire those levels, Yip, Tort and Bat are all excellent familiars but I'm not aware of any cheap way that doesn't take a ridiculous...
